At Sangara Living, we strive to deliver premium-quality interior and natural stone products with transparency and care. Please review our shipping terms below before placing your order.

1.1 All Sangara Living products are made to order. Delivery times may vary depending on supplier availability, production schedules, and logistics.
1.2 Orders are processed after payment has been received and confirmed.


2. Shipping Times

2.1 Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation.
2.2 Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by external factors such as customs clearance, port congestion, or global transport conditions.
2.3 Sangara Living is not responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control.


3. Shipping Methods & Costs

3.1 Orders are shipped using trusted logistics partners. Shipping methods and carriers may vary depending on the destination and order size.
3.2 Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, product type, and volume. These costs will be displayed at checkout or confirmed separately.
3.3 All duties, customs charges, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.


4. Risk & Transfer of Ownership

4.1 Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed.
4.2 Insurance for shipments is available upon request and may be charged separately.


5. Delivery & Receipt

5.1 Deliveries are made to the shipping address provided at checkout. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible for unloading.
5.2 Upon delivery, the buyer (or representative) must inspect the goods for visible damage or shortages before signing the delivery note.
5.3 Any issues must be reported to Sangara Living in writing within 7 days of receipt, including photos or supporting evidence.


6. Packaging

6.1 Products are packaged carefully to reduce risk of transport damage. For natural stone and heavy items, protective crates or pallets are used.
6.2 Packaging materials may be subject to additional costs, depending on order size and destination.


7. International Shipping

7.1 We ship worldwide, subject to applicable trade restrictions.
7.2 Customs clearance procedures may cause delays that are beyond Sangara Living’s control.
